Region pages
Each region page gives a practical lender mix template (prime + near-prime + special finance), a shortlist of lenders commonly relevant to that region, and a checklist for onboarding and ongoing management.
Tip: start with lenders already available in Dealertrack/RouteOne
Tip: add 1–2 “approval expanders” (special finance) intentionally
Tip: diversify by credit box + stip/funding speed
What makes regions different?
Footprint and relationship coverage (banks/CUs), state-specific titling/funding processes, and which credit unions actively buy paper indirectly.
- Bank and credit union indirect participation varies by geography.
- Some national finance sources still apply state coverage rules.
- Funding speed depends on doc packages, eContracting, and title rules.
Choose a region
Before you add a lender
- Confirm platform enablement: Are they available in Dealertrack/RouteOne in your rooftop and state(s)?
- Know your “credit box map”: prime vs near-prime vs special finance vs first-time buyer vs thin-file.
- Know your deal types: LTV caps, mileage/age limits, advance rules, backend products, and fee/markup policies.
- Operational reality: stips, callbacks, required docs, and how fast your team can package clean deals.
